Alan Muench – President

Alan is an employee of State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio in the real estate investment department as Director, Midwest Region – Real Estate. Alan has been responsible for the purchase or sale of nearly $3 billion of real estate assets.  He has a Masters of Administrative Science degree from John’s Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife Tina live in Westerville, Ohio with their 4 children.

Tim Scholten

Tim is an Independent Consultant in the Financial Services Industry. He has served is various Executive Leadership roles in a top 25 Regional Bank, leading the design and development of sales strategies and supporting platforms, industry leading call center operations, and a top 5, nationally ranked online banking platform.  He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His heart for missions is demonstrated by leading mission teams to various countries over the last 10 years.

Chris Barrett – Treasurer

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and a tax partner with Crowe LLP, a national accounting and consulting firm with over 30 years and has held various leadership positions for other charitable and non profit organizations. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo. He and his wife Brenda reside in Westerville, Ohio with their two sons.

David Brincks

David is President of Laurus Leadership Group LLC, an Executive Business Coaching Firm.

He has a Masters of Business Administration from Lake Forest College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois. David also currently serves as a coach in the Strategic Leadership Initiative for Cru. He and his wife Linda live in Bexley, Ohio.

Douglas C. Robinette

Doug is an executive coach and consultant – helping senior leaders and organizations deal with a variety of strategic, tactical, and leadership issues.  Previously, he spent over 30 years in senior and executive leadership roles in large organizations.  He sits on several boards, and continues to do project-oriented mission work both in the United States and abroad.

Michael Monks

Michael is a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran. He has a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle University and is a Captain for a commercial airline. He has traveled most of his life and has witnessed many parts of the world that are in need. After several mission trips, he joined Opportunity for Hope in 2011.

Michael currently lives in Westerville Ohio.
